    1. Can I return it if there’s nothing wrong with it?

      Definitely! We offer a 30-day returns guarantee on most items. (If You are happy We are happy!)

      So if you need to return it, just return it back to us. Then we’ll either refund the original payment method or offer you an exchange. Easy.

      You just need these 2 things:

      1. Your proof of purchase
      2. The item should be unused, in its original packaging and in a re-sellable condition

      PS There are a few things we can’t do returns for, such as food and some jewellery (see FAQ below) unless of course, they’re faulty. Naturally, none of this affects your consumer rights.

    1. CAN I RETURN MY ITEM IF THERE'S SOMETHING WRONG WITH IT?

      First, we recommend you contact us to see if we can solve your issue and save you the trouble of returning your item.

      Then, if you’re still having problems, try this…

      If you’ve had it for 30 days or less:

      Just sent it back or contact us. If the item is faulty, you’ll get the choice of a repair, replacement or refund.

    2. HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM?

      Returning something is easy peasy lemon squeezy. You can return it by posting back to our warehouse at the below address:

    1. HOW LONG WILL MY REFUND TAKE?

      We’ll process your refund as soon as the returned item arrives back at BuyProducts. Please note, card refunds can take up to 10 days.

    1. WHAT COUNTS AS PROOF OF PURCHASE?

      Any of these:

      1. confirmation email
      2. e-receipt
      3. your order number

      If you can’t find one of the above, don’t worry. We should be able to sort everything out if you have:

      1. your card/bank statement
      2. the email address used to buy your item

  1. IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN'T RETURN?

    Unless they’re faulty, some items like food and certain jewellery can't be exchanged or refunded.

    I POSTED MY ITEM FOR A REFUND/REPLACEMENT. WHAT HAPPENS NOW?

We’ll sort out your refund or replacement as soon as we’ve received your item – and that’s a promise. (This may take up to 2 weeks from when you mailed it.)
