As fragile items, minor breakage during shipping can occasionally occur. If you receive damaged tiles, please count the broken pieces, take clear photos, and contact us within 3 days. We include 3–5 extra tiles per box as replacements and will send additional pieces if needed, but we do not accept full returns or refunds for shipping damage.
Slight differences in colour or glaze finish may occur between batches due to manufacturing processes. For large projects, we recommend ordering a sample first.
Return Policy: We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, personal preference (including colour/style), incorrect assumptions about product type (e.g., expecting self-adhesive tiles), or issues arising from improper installation or unsuitable surfaces (e.g., attempting to stick tiles without proper adhesive).
