• Patterns are machine-printed and randomly assorted—not hand-painted. Variation in repetition is normal and part of the production process.
• As fragile items, these may occasionally sustain minor breakage during shipping. If you receive damaged tiles, please count the broken pieces, take clear photos, and contact us within 3 days. We include 3–5 extra tiles per box as replacements and will send additional pieces if needed, but we do not accept full returns or refunds for shipping damage.
• Slight differences in colour or glaze finish may occur between batches due to manufacturing processes. For large projects, we recommend ordering a sample first.
